All Faction Oversight, Faction Team members, and staff dedicate their time and effort to ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone. With that in mind, we enforce a Zero-Tolerance Policy for Disrespect toward any member of the Faction Team or staff. This means:

• No harassment, excessive arguing, or blatant disrespect in any form.

• Constructive criticism is welcome, but hostile attitudes and personal attacks will not be tolerated.

• If you have an issue or disagreement, handle it maturely and through the proper channels.

Failure to abide by this rule will result in disciplinary action at the discretion of staff. Punishments will be determined based on the severity of the violation, and staff decisions are final.
